Running Update

Yesterday, 8/25, I ran for the first time in 2 weeks. I did one cross country loop in 11 minutes flat, then after a break did the small loop in about 3:30. Today, we did one loop in 10:25, so we were doing a much better pace today. I plan to keep monitoring my time so I can see improvements in my fitness throughout this year.
