I finished going to West TN Bone & Joint for therapy last week. Now it's my responsibility to keep doing the stretches and exercises every day. I'm trying to get Josh to keep me accountable on that.
I had no pain until I hit 16 minutes, then the last two minutes were moderate pain. Nothing as bad as it was last time I ran (probably about 2 weeks ago). Hopefully these exercises will keep strengthening those muscles so that running won't hurt anymore.
Will run more soon, and therefore blog more soon.
